Objective of the project: Elaborated and implemented advisory programme in the field of expanding service offer and more effective management for the Eastern Development Agency Co. based in Lublin.

 

Tasks realized in the framework of the project:

1. Strategic planning and innovative business management methods consultancy for the management board
2. Implementation of advisory service in the field of acquisition and use of energy from the renewable energy sources – consultancy for the management board
3. Implementation of controlling advisory service – consultancy for the management board
